Shooting at shopping mall in Ireland leaves one person dead, minor injured

A man was killed and a child was injured in a shooting incident Sunday afternoon at a shopping mall in Carlow, Ireland. Initial evidence suggests the man shot himself.

As foreign media reports, the incident occurred at the Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow town at around 6:15 p.m.

The girl was injured in the leg as citizens tried to flee the scene.

It is learned that the shopping center has been evacuated and surrounded by numerous police forces.

It is suspected that the minor was injured in the leg while trying to save herself from the bullets, so she was not shot with a gun.
