Israel's Iron Dome system intercepted only 65% of Iranian rockets in the last 24 hours

NBC News reports that only 65% of the missiles launched by Iran in the last 24 hours have been intercepted by the Israeli 'Iron Dome' defense system.
That figure is down from about 90% the previous day, according to a former senior Israeli intelligence official who continues to receive daily briefings from the government.
"Iran still has very advanced missiles and is using them," the official told NBC.
The faster Iranian missiles launched over the past day have given Israel less time to prepare before reaching their targets.
"While yesterday we received warning about 10-11 minutes before the missiles fell, this morning it was only 6-7 minutes," he added.
"Most importantly, the Iranians have a navigation system for the final phase of the attack that helps them be very precise and hit exactly the targets they want, such as the hospital in Beersheba today."
Iran denies directly attacking the hospital, claiming the damage was caused by the shockwave of a strike on a military headquarters nearby.
