"You are a paper tiger"/ Trump attacks NATO allies over Iran: Cowards, we will remember

Donald Trump has harshly attacked NATO allies over their stance on Iran.

In a statement published on his social network Truth Social , Trump said that without the United States, the alliance is "a paper tiger."

He again criticized member states for refusing to join in a standoff to stop a nuclear-armed Iran.

" Once the battle is won militarily, with very little risk to them, they complain about the high oil prices they have to pay, but they don't want to help open the Strait of Hormuz, " he declared.

Trump called the allies "cowards," adding that "we will remember" this stance.
