Worker injured in accident in Shëngjin, remains seriously injured

A serious accident at work was recorded today in the Rana e Hedhur area of ​​Shëngjin, at a construction site.

According to sources, it is learned that the incident occurred during working hours and the worker was seriously injured.

Immediately after the incident, he received first aid at the emergency room of Lezha Hospital, but due to his serious health condition, he was transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana for specialized treatment.

Police forces and an investigation team have arrived at the scene, and have launched investigations to clarify the circumstances of the accident and to verify whether safety standards at work were respected by the construction company.
