The Shkodra Prosecution has requested the arrest of Sibuel Durrës, after a few days ago, under the influence of alcohol, he intentionally crashed his car into four people in Shkodra.
The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra orders the detention of citizen Sibuel Durrësi, suspected of the criminal offense of "Intentional Murder", which remains in the process of being attempted.
It turns out that, on 07.06.2026, after a conflict, under the influence of alcoholic beverages, this citizen attempted to hit several people with a vehicle, endangering their lives.
Initially, the police reported this event as accidental, but after in-depth investigative actions and the publication in the media of the newly released video of the event, the Prosecutor ordered the detention of citizen Sibuel Durrësi, as a suspect for the criminal offense of "Intentional Murder", which remained in the attempted stage.
