Nora Malaj: Albania is in social depression, it has affected all classes!

Former Deputy Minister of Education, Nora Malaj, has raised concerns about the social situation in the country, describing Albania as a society in "social depression".
Speaking on Andrea Danglli's "Off the Record" show on A2CNN, Malaj emphasized that this social depression has gripped all strata of society.
Outlining this argument, Malaj raised the question of whether there are really layers in Albanian society, stating that she herself does not know which layer she belongs to.
" On the sociological level, beyond hunger or poverty, we still do not have what is called a minimalist norm, the state has not yet established the vital minimum, and then we can move on to the development minimum, then continue with fair or unfair competition ," said Nora Malaj.
" We have a social depression that affects all strata, from those who are today's strategic investors, who are ending up in SPAK, to the level of a guard, who has been given a name and who has received some income, which he never received, and is simply a presta nome. We have a social depression for the category of strata. I don't know which strata I belong to. We are a stratified society. We have a super stratum, who has made some money and is afraid to show it. I am not against the rich ," she continued.
