Hamza Lici, who was on the side of the driver of the Benz with French license plates, lost control and crashed into the motorcycle on the other side of the road, which Flutura Basha and her husband Bashkim Basha were riding, colliding with the wall of a business and ending up in his yard.

Hamza Lici died at the scene, while Arlind Bushati died a few hours later because he was hit by a bullet in the head. Flutura Basha also lost her life at the scene, while her husband Bashkim Basha continues to be in a serious condition.
