Passenger van collides with "Benz" on Fier-Lushnjë road/ Seven injured, three in serious condition

A serious road accident occurred on the Fier-Lushnjë highway, near the village of Saver, involving two vehicles.

Seven people were injured, three of whom are in serious condition.

According to preliminary information, a "Benz" van, transporting passengers to Rinas Airport, was hit from behind by a Benz AMG 63 vehicle, during an overtaking.

After the violent collision, the AMG 63 vehicle burst into flames. The injured were immediately taken for medical assistance to the Lushnja Regional Hospital, where they are receiving specialized treatment.

Police are at the scene and are working to determine the exact causes of the accident.
