These are investigations related to publications made on social networks by Emin Kokalari, where it was claimed that there were several cases of HIV-AIDS infections in the Municipality of Gjirokastra and that Mayor Flamur Golemi was also affected.

Anti-terror has questioned several people, with the aim of identifying the origin of the information and the way it was spread to the public, as this news has created panic throughout the stone city of Gjirokastra.

We recall that the Municipality of Gjirokastra has reported citizen Emin Kokalari to the police, accusing him of spreading false news that Mayor Flamur Golemi and 18 employees have been infected with the dangerous disease AIDS.

Through lawyer Arben Llangozi, in a 30-page lawsuit, the Municipality accuses Kokalari of spreading panic in the city of Gjirokastra. According to the lawyer, the people who spread the news, spreading panic, should be brought to justice.
