The identity of the young man who opened fire on Tirana Police officers near Rinas this evening has been revealed. Sources indicate that he is Klajdi Buza, around 33 years old, a person with a criminal record.
It is learned that police authorities had received information that Klajdi Buza was armed and an operation was organized to capture him near the Rinas area.
But, when the blue uniforms approached him, the young man fired a gun at the police, endangering his life. Fortunately, no one was injured, and after the shooting, the 33-year-old was arrested by the Police.
Klajd Buza was arrested in December 2022 in Fushë-Krujë, after he was caught driving a "Porsche" type vehicle, while carrying a pistol firearm with cartridges in the chamber ready to fire.
Meanwhile, in 2015, he reported the theft of his car, while the police at the time announced that the vehicle had been found abandoned at a place called Gjoles Bridge in Fushë Krujë.
He is considered a person who has also been involved in several conflicts.
