Details from the murder in Greece: Albanian was shot in the head at work

A 42-year-old Albanian immigrant in Greece has been found dead in a stable in Messinia.

According to Greek media,  the body was discovered in the Bournia area of ​​Kalamata, where the victim had a head wound, suspected to have been caused by a gunshot.

Authorities are conducting examinations to determine the exact cause of death.

Investigations have focused on the circle of people who had contact with the victim.

Witnesses questioned by the police have stated that the 42-year-old may have been killed by one of his employees, while it is also being verified whether the victim was the employer himself or a worker at the stable where he was found.

The Greek police have launched a full investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify the perpetrator, while awaiting the results of the forensic examination that will shed more light on this serious crime.
