Endless trouble for Mbappé, PSG responds with 98 million euro lawsuit

It seems that Kylian Mbappé is not enjoying peace even after his long-awaited transfer to Real Madrid. His departure from Paris Saint-Germain, which on paper seemed orderly and drama-free, has exploded into a legal battle that is taking on ever greater proportions.
After winning an initial court battle – where he was awarded around €55m in unpaid wages and bonuses from PSG – Mbappé is now facing a strong counterattack from the French club.
PSG has asked for the seizure of the sum ordered by the court in April to be stopped and has filed a new lawsuit, demanding 98 million euros from the striker. According to the club's lawyer, Renaud Semerdjian, this amount represents "damages caused by Mbappé's delaying tactics", which they say have negatively affected the club's finances and stability.
