The model goes to trial after false accusations of abuse against Theo Hernandez!

Popular Instagram model Luisa Kremleva is on trial after falsely accusing Milan defender Theo Hernandez of rape and physical assault. Kremleva claimed to have been the victim of an attack by Hernandez in 2017, in a Porsche Cayenne near a Spanish nightclub. She stated that she had injured her knee after an incident and demanded an apology from the footballer.

Hernandez, who was never arrested, admitted to having an intimate relationship with Kremlevan, but stressed that it was consensual. A Spanish court had closed the case for lack of evidence, while prosecutors found that Kremleva's injuries were caused by an accidental fall.

Kremlevan's trial is set for October 28 in Malaga, where she faces a charge of false accusation, which could carry a two-year prison sentence and a €14,000 fine if found guilty. It is not yet known whether Hernandez will appear in person at the trial or testify via video link.
