Virtual clash between journalist and Arbana Osmani: Be careful, they're beating you up

A fierce debate on social media has put journalist Elton Tozaj and moderator Arbana Osmani in the spotlight, after the publication of several conversations that have caused numerous reactions online.
It all started after the journalist shared on his social media some comments exchanged with an Instagram profile called "arbanaosmanimedia", which he hinted could be managed by the moderator herself. In one of the comments, the account in question addresses Tozaj with the words: "I march to evil", while he replied ironically: "Yes, my dear, I like that you talk about yourself in the 3rd person."
The situation became even more tense when another comment came from the same profile with stronger tones: "be careful, if they beat you, let them have your heart and liver." The journalist interpreted this as a threat and responded briefly by writing: "I'll forgive you, kidney."
After this, Elton Tozaj published the entire conversation on his profile, publicly raising suspicions that the well-known moderator was hiding behind the address. "Are you mine? You yourself are a medemek with a fake address?", he wrote alongside the posts.
The journalist also published several messages from other people who claimed to have had similar communications with the same profile. The messages shared read: “Seriously, this is it,” “This address was written by me,” and “It was her.”
So far, Arbana Osmani has not reacted publicly regarding these claims and publications circulating online.
