Greek singer: I can't sing anymore, these people don't understand me

After a long time, the famous Greek singer, Notis Sfakianakis, has spoken publicly in a show.

The well-known singer, who has been away from the tracks since 2020, has clarified that he will not return to live performances. He even said that he feels that the world doesn't understand him and that it is not in his plans to release new songs as he does not have the right audience to address.

" I will not return. I don't like talking to people who don't understand me. I didn't make the songs just for me, I made them for the world, now I don't have to make songs, who are they addressed to? ", the singer expressed specifically.

In March 2024, the performer's nephew, Konstantinos, had spoken about his uncle and the possibility of his return to the music scene. Konstantinos Sfakianakis had denied most of the reports that wanted the popular singer to have prepared new songs to return to the tracks.

" I talk to my uncle regularly, recently we were together again. He has no intention – at least in his immediate plans – to appear. I am afraid that in the future he will not appear either, but only he knows what will happen in the future. At the moment he has no such plans. It is a lie that he wrote songs in quarantine. In principle, my uncle does not write songs, they write for him, even in the abstinence he has done. They send me the songs to give them to listen to .
