From the divorce agreement, the actress has benefited from a 257 m2 apartment, which is in the name of her daughter.
While the artist will have in full ownership of a 134 m2 store and a parking lot of about 47 m2. But based on an agreement that the former couple reached on January 15, 2024, if Elia Zaharia remarries, or starts a cohabitation, she will lose the rights to the properties when their daughter Geraldina comes of age.
