Salmon with vegetables in the oven

This is a dish that can be said with all its might that it is a dish to be savored.

But before you start preparing the recipe, you should keep in mind that salmon is a dry fish with slightly tough meat.

You can apply this method to all types of fish, just marinate the fish 1-2 hours before cooking if it is not dry like salmon.

Ingredients :

1200g salmon 

2 onions 

2 carrots 

1 broccoli

5-6 cloves of garlic

7-8 seedless prunes

1 squeezed lemon

1 lemon 

fresh or dried parsley

salt, vegeta, basil, rosemary, black pepper to taste

olive oil

half a glass of white wine

Preparation :

First, salt the cleaned fish inside and out. Make small cuts and spread the lemon juice all over it, both inside and out.

Then coat it well with oil and let the fish marinate, covered, in the refrigerator until the next day.

Before placing it in the oven, lightly fry the fish on both sides with a little olive oil.

After frying, Alfapress.al advises you to place the salmon in the center of a baking pan and around it the cleaned and chopped vegetables along with the chopped plums.

Add the spices, minced garlic, and lemon slices inside and on top of the fish.

Add the oil and white wine again and place the pan, covered with a lid, to bake at 250 degrees Celsius.
