Meatballs with spinach

This recipe for spinach meatballs is easy to make.
They have an amazing taste and can be accompanied with many other dishes.
Prepared with ingredients that can be easily found; white cheese, toast and eggs.
You can serve it as a dish on its own, or to accompany pasta with tomato sauce.
Since children often do not have their favorite spinach, you can see that this method will become their favorite.

The ingredients
500 g of spinach
3-4 spoons of butter
2 cups of crumbled toast
1 cup of crumbled white cheese
A teaspoon of salt
4 eggs
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation
Put a pot of water on the fire and when it boils, throw in the peeled and washed spinach leaves.

In a bowl, put the warm spinach and softened butter at room temperature.
Add the grated toast, cheese and if you wish you can add half a chopped onion, mix well so that the ingredients create a homogeneous mass.

Let it stand for around 30 minutes while you preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Prepare a pan by greasing it with olive oil or butter.
