After Mereme Sela, who after being excluded from the race for the leadership of the Democratic Party, filed a lawsuit with the Tirana Court, another request for the cancellation of the elections within the Democratic Party has come from another candidate.

This is about Evi Kokalari, who announced her candidacy for the leadership of the Democratic Party, but her name has not been registered by the Democratic Party Election Commission.

After her candidacy was rejected, Kokalari filed a lawsuit with the Tirana Court this Thursday, demanding the immediate suspension of the elections and any other decisions made at this time.

"The lawsuit against Sali Berisha has already been filed and the relevant judge has been appointed.

"You can find the previously requested measures below," writes Kokalari.

We recall that in the elections for the leader of the Democratic Party, there were several candidates who sought to become part of the race to lead the largest opposition party.

But Ervin Salianji, Mereme Sela, Alesia Balliu or Evi Kokalari were denied candidacy, while the only name that Democrats will vote for in the May 23 elections is Sali Berisha.
