One of these businessmen is Gentjan Sula.
Known as the owner of the construction company 'Agi Kons'.
Whose connection with Veliaj, according to SPAK, begins when the current mayor held the position of Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
The time when Veliaj bought an apartment in the Kodra e Diellit residential block in Tirana. A residential block owned by Gentian Sula.
Immediately after this moment, Mr. Veliaj, as we said in his capacity as Minister of Labor, appoints the wife of businessman Gentjan Sula as deputy minister.

According to SPAK, the visit to these villas and the connections of the Veliaj-Xoxa couple with businessman Gentian Sula came after a denunciation made by a citizen named Nesti Angoni.

On August 4, 2006, Erion Veliaj traveled with Gentjan Sula on the same charter flight. On August 15, 2017, Erion Veliaj traveled with Gentjan Sula on the 'Turkish Airlines' flight from Rinas to Istanbul.
This clientelistic connection between Gentian Sula and Erion Veliaj as a public official, according to SPAK, has also been accompanied by numerous tenders that have gone in favor of the construction company owned by the businessman, who over time has won important tenders related to the development of the city.
From educational infrastructure to public works, which translate into millions of euros of funds tendered by the Municipality of Tirana.
