Today is Lulzim Basha's birthday!

And I immediately remember a grotesque scene from 2021: a birthday cake being delivered to his office, accompanied by a parade of political servility under the "direction" of Sali Berisha. MPs like Flamur Noka, Albana Vokshi, Tritan Shehu, Këlliçi, Balliu and others were pushing each other to show who was the most zealous in worship and servility. A scene that chokes you with the poison of hypocrisy, a disgusting theater of impudence that exudes without any scruples.

Today, in 2025, Lulzim Basha is no longer in power. And none of those who once cheered him on are around him anymore. With their departure, the poison of petty politics and political calculation has also disappeared.

But where the leeches of self-interest are absent, purity of purpose remains.
The emptiness they left behind has given way to true friendship and selfless respect.

Today I congratulate Lulzim Basha from the bottom of my heart, as do many of those who have stood by his side in difficult battles — even though many of them have been worn out, beaten, and sacrificed to stand by his side.

The relationship with him is not built on interest, fear, or blackmail, but on an honest appreciation for the person he is.

Lulzim Basha is the embodiment of this man.

Better to be outside of any humiliation, dark bargain or market, but next to good and grateful people, than to sell your dignity for a piece of interest.

Those who today scream hysterically and viciously against him, who label him with a thousand untruths, can never confuse us in our conviction.

Because free people have the courage to speak the silent truth in the face of the noise of lies and ridicule from an amoral majority.

Another 100 years, my friend!
You will never be alone — neither in the solitude of hypocritical crowds, nor in the tranquility of those who sincerely love you. This is a victory that neither power nor money gives you, but the character and the person you have inside you.
