SP interrupts discussions in Parliament, puts agenda items to vote. DP abandons session

In the plenary session held today, the majority approved a series of draft laws alone, in a tense atmosphere, which was instigated by the head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, with the aim of passing the draft laws to a vote without debates and discussions by the deputies.

Balla requested that the debates be closed and that the voting on the draft laws continue without discussion, a request which, without any surprise, was immediately approved by Niko Peleshi.

The vote was conducted while the opposition was on the floor of the Assembly, objecting to the procedures.

Today's session was characterized by chaos and debates, with verbal clashes between deputies from both political sides, where the opposition's denial of its word was constantly observed.

Despite opposition objections and the tense climate, the majority continued with the voting process through the force of cards, approving the draft laws without the participation of opposition MPs.
