DP candidate for MP, Ilir Alimehmeti, says that the electoral code for the May 11 elections was scandalous and did not favor this political force.

Alimehmeti added that the CEC videos are proof of the embezzlement of his votes.

"What I am saying today, I have been saying for a year now. This electoral code and this law are in the opposition's disfavor. I support direct democracy and bottom-up democracy. This does not live up to these two principles. Expectations were raised for an open list. It was completely closed. We represent them with our voice, even when we do not receive the mandate.

This direct democracy was limited. Very few are entered from the open lists, let's say reality. Everyone has the right to represent. This is very important. It was not done.
