Former Democratic Party member Alesia Balliu, who left the open list of the DP in Elbasan at the last moment and joined the "Shqipëria Bëhet" party of Adriatik Lapaj, exposes the process of the Primaries in the DP. In an interview for "Studio Live" on Report TV with journalist Arbër Hitaj, Balliu published several messages about how the bargaining was done between Flamur Noka and Luçiano Boçi to include a name of the SP on the list. According to her, Luçiano Boçi has oriented the vote towards this name.  

She also published a message sent by a democratic citizen who developed with Flamur Noka, whom she accuses of having made this move together with Luciano Boci. 

"The day came when I received proof that this is true. It is about Klodiana Çapja. It was a collaboration and they decided it. I received material evidence that this happened without the primaries taking place. Here it is shown how Flamur Noka clearly confirms that Luçiano Boçi made phone calls so that this girl would emerge as the winner in the Elbasan branch primaries. There is a Democrat in Elbasan, who, three days before the list, sends Noka a link to the exclusive newspaper that Rama includes in the DP list, Klodiana Çapja, employed by the company whose owners are close friends of Rama. It was a pre-prepared process. He made the race happen. I wrote to Mr. Noka but I have not received a response. I suspect that it is Rama behind the scenes for many reasons, for several photos that I will serve you in the coming days", she said. 

Balliu accuses the DP of threatening her with the Elbasan gangs. Balliu said that people from the Çapja gang who are connected to the DP have blackmailed her on the phone and declared that she will turn to SPAK. According to her, she has also told Berisha about this whole situation, but the latter has not reacted. 

"After this statement I gave regarding the authenticity of Noka's messages that prove that these votes were cast by Boci, I received phone calls from the candidate, to whom I did not open them. Then the whole gang tribe called me endless numbers from London. I will go to SPAK. The DP gangs in Elbasan are intimidating me, I will always tell the truth. I will take the phone to the Prosecutor's Office and SPAK, this does not stop me from telling the truth.
Every phone call that the DP places from the gangs to intimidate me cannot shut me up. I will take my phone to SPAK because I am very worried. I have an obligation to the citizens to understand my movement about why he left and what bargains Flamur Noka, Luciano Boci are making. I do not believe that Mr. Berisha is not informed. He did not say anything. It means that he agrees that Rama's people represent him and that he remains in the opposition," Balliu said.
