Berisha publishes video: Here's how the commissioner opens and puts his black hand into the ballot box

Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has published a video today at a press conference, through which he exposes the electoral farce of May 11, as he calls the May 11 elections. 

The video in question shows a commissioner at a polling station, who opens the box and checks which party the citizen voted for.

Sali Berisha:  Here today, I have brought before you some discoveries that were made through the study of recording cameras in voting centers, which prove the complete illegitimacy of the electoral process, the ugliness of this unprecedented farce.

Look at what he does. Have you ever seen this?
