Detained by Serbian police! Former Kosovo police officer Arbnor Spahiu expected to be questioned in Serbia

Kosovo citizen Arbnor Spahiu, detained on June 7 in Serbia, has been transferred from the Kanjizhë Detention Center to Subotica, his lawyer, Arianit Koci, announced.
Speaking to journalists in Pristina, Koci said he has submitted some evidence that, according to him, proves his client's innocence, and expressed confidence that he will be released soon.
"We're waiting now, within an hour or two I'll understand whether the prosecutor will request detention for the former police officer or release him immediately," said Koci.
However, the Prosecutor's Office in Subotica told Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Balkan Service that he "has not yet been brought to them for questioning" and that he "has been held in custody for up to 48 hours."
Spahiu, who, according to the lawyer, is a former member of the Kosovo Police Special Operations Unit, was stopped by Serbian authorities at the border crossing between Hungary and Serbia, during his return from Austria by bus.
Koci said he is being questioned in connection with the armed attack in Banjska, Zvečan, in September 2023. Earlier, the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora told Radio Free Europe that Spahiu is expected to appear before the Basic Court of Kikinda in Serbia today.
But Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Balkan Service confirmed from this court that "there is no such case." The MFA also said that it "will continue to closely follow developments through the relevant diplomatic channels" and that it "will keep relevant institutions and international partners informed of any new officially confirmed information."/ REL
