The Special Court has decided to leave in force the security measure "prison arrest" for Dashnor Dumani, the brother of the justice collaborator, Nuredin Dumani. He is suspected by SPAK of being involved in the Bradashesh massacre, where three people were killed, as well as in the armed robbery on the Rinas airport runway.

Meanwhile, the court has changed the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for Armis Stafa, who is suspected by SPAK of money laundering in function of the criminal organization of the brothers Hajdar and Franc Çopja.
