Edi Rama is left with only Berisha!

Ultimately, it seems that Edi Rama's fate is more tied to Sali Berisha than to all his close "collaborators." A great irony of political fate: on the one hand, Rama rose to power vowing to destroy the "Berisha system," while today it seems as if Berisha is the only one keeping it afloat. Time is showing that everyone else is either at the doors of SPAK or on the waiting list.
From Tahiri to Beqaj, from Ahmetaj to Veliaj, and most recently to Belinda Balluku, all those who built Rama's power have now become files. SPAK does not spare any of its own people, but it seems to spare only Berisha, with whom Rama has entered into a kind of "silent reconciliation". Now, after every new development in justice, it remains clear: from the great "Renaissance", only one old political partner remains, the one who once cursed him, but who today serves as oxygen to keep the old common system alive.
The truth is simple: without Berisha, Rama no longer has an enemy to hide behind, nor an excuse for his prolonged rule. Berisha is the last facade that gives Rama a kind of artificial balance, a controlled opposition, a perpetual “enemy” that actually keeps him in power. They are like the two columns of a rotten building that stand only because they lean on each other. If one collapses, the whole building falls.
Today, Rama no longer has the luxury of talking about “renaissance,” “the future,” or “justice that is not working.” Justice is working, but not to save him, but to slowly surround him, and when the circle closes, the only one who can protect him from total collapse is the very person who accused him of every evil in the country: Sali Berisha.
In Albanian politics, perhaps there are no more parties, no more ideology, there are only survival interests. In this survival, Edi Rama today has only one unwilling ally left: Berisha. Ironically, the only person who, if he falls, falls too.
So perhaps the real question is no longer "when will Berisha overthrow Rama?", but "when will he take him with him?".
Ultimately, after all these years of power, SPAK, voluminous dossiers, European facades, and empty words, Edi Rama is left with only Berisha. Perhaps this is the greatest punishment that Albanian politics could give him.
