For 2024, the blind fortuneteller from Bulgaria predicted a global financial crisis that would "cause rising tensions everywhere", as reported by 'The Mirror'.
For example, the budget brought down the government in France, the US is on the verge of another "lockdown" while in Britain millions of people still rely on food banks and struggle with inflation.

Major medical breakthroughs

Baba Vanga is said to have predicted major medical breakthroughs in 2024 in the treatment of cancer and Alzheimer's – and this year, the world saw a real breakthrough.
Doctors have introduced new diagnostic tests capable of detecting cancer in children under the age of 18 and there have been major advances in the treatment of cervical cancer.

The ones that didn't come true

The prediction, which does not seem to have been confirmed, is about biological warfare. Baba Vanga predicted for the year 2024 the use of biological weapons, which would be painful for humanity.

Dystopians "Human Designers"

Another disturbing prediction from Baba Vanga - which has not been verified this year - was the creation of "human designers" through genetic manipulation (human cloning, which is actually very close).

For 2025, Baba Vanga predicted groundbreaking advances in medical science, such as the development of artificial organs in laboratories and innovative treatments for diseases such as cancer.

She had also "seen" significant progress in telepathy and nanotechnology. These scientific breakthroughs could transform health care, extend life expectancy, and dramatically improve the quality of life for millions.

However, she had warned of the potential dangers of misusing these technologies for destructive purposes, although her accurate predictions have not survived intact.

Encounters with extraterrestrial beings

According to Baba Vanga's prophecies for 2025, people may experience contact with extraterrestrial life or phenomena related to extraterrestrials.
"Humanity will come into contact with extraterrestrial life, possibly leading to a global crisis or apocalypse."

Who was Baba Vanga?

Vagelia Pandeva Gusterova was born on October 3, 1911 in the village of Rupite, Bulgaria and died on August 11, 1996 at the age of 84, in a hospital in Sofia.

Blind from an early age, Baba Vanga spent most of her life in her village. Baba Vanga lost her sight at the age of 12 after a terrible storm hit her village.
