Turin Horror! 68 apartments robbed in one year, 8 Albanians arrested

Eight Albanians, members of a criminal gang that had become a terror to residents in the hills of Turin in Italy, have been arrested.

They are accused of 68 episodes of theft, committed between January 2024 and March 2025.

The gang had a hierarchical structure, with the availability of cars registered in the names of other people to be able to move around and capable associates to store the stolen goods.

During one of the recent robberies, part of the gang was caught and arrested by the Carabinieri of the Chieri company. Some of those arrested are already in prison in Turin for other crimes, ANSA writes.
