VIDEO/ Republican congressman gets caught "dumb", falls asleep during a vote in the session, causing laughter in the hall

Utah Rep. Blake Moore was seen sleeping during a vote at the end of an all-night meeting of the House Ways and Means Committee. The committee began meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday to discuss President Donald Trump's tax agenda and spending package.
The vote took place just before 5 a.m. Wednesday. The video was shown on the screens of several committee members as they cast their votes.
When it was Moore's turn, he was seen sitting in his chair, sound asleep. The voter said, "Mr. Moore, Mr. Moore," before a long pause. At that moment, Representative Michelle Fischback of Minnesota, who was sitting next to the Utah congressman, looked over and woke him up with a touch.
The rest of the committee laughed as he woke up. Laughing himself, he cast his vote and bowed down.
