Food in "Paris 2024", protest against the canteen in the Olympic
Waiting in line is very long, milk is watered down, there is a lack of meat and eggs, while the portions served are very small.

The canteen in the Paris 2024 Olympic Village has been targeted and accusations are coming from all sides. Criticisms of athletes and coaches have not been missing, among them also from world-class champions.

According to the American gymnast, Simon Biles: "athletes do not need the food that is served in the canteen, because the French cuisine of the village is a little healthier."

Meanwhile, in the Olympic village, food orders always come from outside, because with the dishes that are served or the small portions, it is impossible for the athletes to get the calories they need.

The so-called "world's largest restaurant" opened its doors on July 18. There are 3,300 places to eat meals and every day 40,000 portions are served to over 10,000 residents of the Olympic Village.

The organizers of the Olympics announced that over 500 food recipes have been created for the event.
