The Pogradec police have issued an additional statement to the media regarding the conflict recorded today in Pogradec, where Luan Tollozhina hit the SP commissioner, Enton Gega, inside the voting center, after the latter had a clash with his daughter, who was the chairwoman of the commission.
After the police arrested Luan Tollozhina, the latter's grandchildren went to the SP commissioner's apartment and raped his son and wife.
In relation to the second altercation, the blue uniforms announce that they have arrested two people, citizens AT, 23 years old, and RT, 58 years old, residents of Pogradec, for the criminal offenses of "Hitting family members of a person performing a state duty" and "Intentional light injury".
Also wanted are citizens DM, 30 years old, EM, 35 years old, RT, 37 years old, and LK, 34 years old.

The Special Structures for the Investigation of Electoral Crimes at the Korça DVP, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, have continued the investigations to identify and arrest the persons involved in the rape of the son and wife of Commissioner EG, who was raped by citizen LT.
As a result of the investigations, citizens AT, 23 years old, and RT, 58 years old, residents of Pogradec, were arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses of "Injuring family members of a person performing a state duty" and "Intentional minor injury".
They have also announced that citizens DM, 30 years old, EM, 35 years old, RT, 37 years old, and LK, 34 years old, are wanted.
From the investigations, it is suspected that these citizens, at around 13:00, went near the apartment of the commissioner, citizen EG, 52 years old, and raped his son and wife.
Work continues on the full legal documentation of the event, as well as the capture and escort of the wanted citizens.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
