The first floor of a building in Durrës has been engulfed in a fire. The flames have spread rapidly, causing panic among the residents of the neighborhood.

Firefighters immediately arrived at the scene, with three specialized vehicles, and are working to isolate and extinguish the flames.

The situation is alarming because in the area where the flames appeared, there are also hydrocarbon tanks that serve the building's boilers.
