Bexhet Vrapi revealed that his brother-in-law, who lives in America, had been in a relationship with lawyer Klotilda Kola for 10 years, who took 18 thousand dollars from him, promising that he would win the property through a lawsuit.
But the court appointed several co-owners and the lawyer had to return the money. For a year and a half, Bexheti has not been able to receive the money. After the broadcast of the case, Bexheti said that lawyer Klotilda Kola gave him part of the money, promising to give him the remaining part, about seven million lek, at the end of March. But from that moment on, Mrs. Kola disappeared.
"I found my husband in Tirana. I have nothing to give, he said, I will try to give half of it at the end of September. It is five million and 600 thousand because the first time he returned seven million. But now she has disappeared. I call on Klotilda to come pick up the phone and talk to me. Let her give that money in two installments, no problem. All she needs to do is pick up the phone and talk to me," said the complainant.
"Stop" returned once again to Lushnje, after citizen Mimoza Sema tells us that she fell prey to lawyer Klotilda Kola, giving her 3,800 euros for a lawsuit for herself and her husband, for recognition of seniority at work and pension benefits.
"Last May, I reached retirement age. I came here to do the paperwork, but I was missing a few years of work. But since I couldn't find these years of work, I went to a 30-year-old lawyer who works in our city of Lushnja, her name is Klotilda Kola. I told her that I had this problem, and she told me to solve it myself. She asked me for 800 euros for the trial to find out the years of work and told me that two thousand euros as a deposit. At that time, talking to my husband, I told him about this and he said that since 'I also lack two years' as an officer who was also in the Lushnja district, he told me to help me too. I went back again, talked to Klotilda and she told me that I would do it myself. 800 for the trial and 200 for me to have. With full trust as a lawyer, I gave her the money again. By the time we finish everything "He told me, these two thousand euros will be returned directly. I talked to this person for a year in a row, he would call me every day, he would write to me in the morning, 'Oh rose,' and at dinner he would tell me you are my medicine, I rarely have friends. He would tell me that we have sorted things out, don't worry. We haven't spoken to each other for two months," said Mimoza Sema.
For 2 months now, Mimoza says she has lost contact with her lawyer and the trial is nowhere to be found.
"I've been looking for it for two months, I've also asked my friends. I came and knocked on the office, but the door was closed," Mimoza Sema adds.
"Stop" verified that the lawyer's office is closed and that there is no lawsuit registered in the name of the Sema couple in the Lushnja Court.

At the Lushnje Chamber of Advocates, president Kozma Jano says that Klotilda Kola has been without a license and unregistered for taxes for more than eight years.
"Klotilda Kola was a lawyer of the Lushnje Bar Association, it has been over eight years since she has ceased to practice the profession of lawyer. After her right was denied or more precisely, she has renounced herself by not paying the lawyer's fee, which is paid year after year. Klotilda does not have a license and is not registered with the tax office. She has practiced this profession for years, outside the bar. I know about the registered cases, citizens have come to me and I have explained to them about her activity and I have told them that her activity was illegal. Clients have been deceived. As the Bar Association, I have no right to address the Appeals Commission in Tirana because she is not a lawyer. In this specific case, we are facing a fraud and the exercise of a right that you do not have to exercise, the right to the profession of lawyer. It is theft.
