Nuredin Dumani: A crime boss in Elbasan informed me about Talo Çela, he demanded 10 thousand euros per month!

This Tuesday, the court hearing for the "Golden Bullet" case continued at the Special Court, where the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani testified again before the lawyers of the other defendants.

Dumani also spoke about the plan to assassinate Elton Kile in Elbasan, who is known by the nickname Oti. He also reveals how a crime boss in Elbasan gave him information about Talo Çela.

The police officer was introduced to Henrik Hoxha, and he asked for 10 thousand euros a month for information. 

"Suel Çela was interested in the murder of Oti Kilë. On the day of the incident, I was alone in the car, when I was shot I was the driver. I was shot from behind. Then I sat in the passenger seat of the X5 car when I was injured.

I knew Oti Kila personally, I stayed with him together with my brother. We sold him a car and bought him a car. The sale and purchase took place on the same day. In 2019, a crime boss in Elbasan who was a friend of Henrik Hoxha, gave me information about Talo Çela. Henrik introduced the boss to me, he asked for 10 thousand euros per month.

"The day before the incident, I bought a Kalashnikov and a silencer in Fier. Sandër Baho introduced me to the seller. On the day of the incident, I had a machine gun with 200 rounds of ammunition and a Kalash. My uncle's son gave me the machine gun. I bought the car for the incident for about 5-6 thousand euros, they said it was stolen in Greece, but I don't know ," said Dumani.
