The incident occurred in the tourist village of Dhërmi yesterday, following a conflict between the owner of the building in the coastal area and a 35-year-old man who claimed that he had not been paid his financial obligation for the work he had done.

The local police announced that the Crime Investigation specialists at the Himara Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor's Office and declared LS, 35 years old, a resident of Tirana, wanted.

"A citizen, MC, 27 years old, resident of Kavaja, filed a report against him, saying that in the apartment he was staying in the village of Dhërmi, LS had punched him for an unpaid work payment," the police explained the preliminary circumstances of the incident.

After receiving the testimony and conducting investigative actions, the file was passed to the Vlora Prosecutor's Office for further investigations.
