He said that he took responsibility for publishing the video, with the aim of revealing the truth of this event, as the footage showed all the people who were present at that moment, so that the matter would not be forgotten and justice would be served.

"I chose to publish that video so that this event would not be forgotten and that justice would be served," he said.
