In recent days, the "UNUM" festival has been held on the beach of Shëngjin, which is known for the "debauchery" of young people, where mainly foreigners come, as well as the massive use of narcotics.
However, despite the "illegality" for which this festival is known, it seems that some of the young people do not escape the control of the Police. The Blues of Lezha, announce that they have placed two Albanians and 4 foreign tourists under investigation, after they were caught with doses of cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy with them.
"Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where the proceedings were initiated for the criminal offense of "production and sale of narcotics", for AJ, 25 years old, FY, 30 years old and for 4 foreign tourists DC, 33 years old, KA, 37 years old, PP, 34 years old and AH, 33 years old, after during the physical search of them and in the vehicles in which they were traveling, in Shëngjin, the Police services found and seized as material evidence small quantities of suspected narcotic substances cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy" , the local police announced.
The procedural materials have been passed to the Lezha Prosecutor's Office for further action.
