Erion Alibej reveals Plarent Dervishaj's codes on "SKY" and how he fell into Talo Çela's "footprints"

The next hearing at the Criminal Court of Kosovo was held this Tuesday with the testimony of the repentant justice, Erion Alibej, who confessed that he paid 100 thousand euros for the murder of Dorjan Shkoza. The weapons, according to him, were purchased from a religious leader in Tirana, through the mediation of Sandër Baho.
He said that after the murder of Dorjan Shkoza, he maintained contact with Nuredin Dumani, whether Talo Çela, one of the main targets of their group, would be "alive" or not. Alibej confessed that Klevis Alla had seen Talo Çela one day at the apartment of the Haxhia brothers in Durrës, who were also executed, but according to him, Nuredin Dumani had taken him with reservations.
"I paid 100 thousand euros for Dorjan Shkoza, several weapons were bought from the hoxha, the prices ranged from 500-1000 to 3500 euros. I don't know for sure if Sandër Baho had contacts with the "hoxha". I met Nuredin Dumani after the murder of the Haxhia brothers. But I was in constant contact with Nuredin, I didn't know Henrik Hoxha, I only heard that he had the nickname "kusho" and the "nipi" that he addressed to Klevis Alla. With Nuredin I talked about Talo Çela, who after the murder of Dorjan Shkoza would make it alive or not. I also continued the investigation for Altin Ndocin, he often went to Durrës to the Haxhia brothers. Klevis Alla had seen Talo one day at the Haxhia brothers' house, but Nuredin took him with reservations. Nuredin was involved with dogs, trained with the "puppy of Fushë-Krujë", but I didn't know their names.
"I gave him the car and the weapons at the Rrogozhina bazaar, he was with Klevis Alla when he got them. Then, Nuredin asked for 50 thousand euros. I took him with a friend of mine. I gave him a total of 150 thousand euros, so that he could see that I had money and have confidence," said Erion Alibej.
During his testimony, Alibej revealed communications on the "Sky Ecc" platform with Plarent Dervishaj, as well as the codes that the latter used on the encrypted network.
"Plarent Dervishi (Lulzim Berisha's brother-in-law in Durrës) came to me at Sky ECC, I had contact with him, he had the codes "barcelona" and "gost". Plarent told me "I'm glad you found Talo Çela", I was surprised how he knew, then I remembered that Plarent had a lot of conversations with Festim Qoli. We had a stolen "Toyota" car that I had bought in Shijak, I gave Nuredini and the weapons he wanted, I gave it to him at the Rrogozhina bazaar, he was with Klevis Alla when he took it, then Nuredini asked for 50 thousand euros, I took it with a friend of mine and gave him 150 thousand to continue. I did this so that Nuredini could see that I had money and had confidence." - said Alibej
Regarding the murder of the Haxhia brothers, Alibey stated that he had given two Kalashnikovs and a pistol to Dumani. The initial plan, according to him, was to kill Altin Ndoci and Besmir Haxhina, but Viktor also became an unplanned victim. He explained that he had learned about the identities of the victims from television news and that he had then communicated with Dumani about the details of the assassination.
"I told Nuredin why there were blood stains on the car. He told me: we shot at the windows and 'Kusho' was injured by the shrapnel. Then 'Nipi' was taken to the police station and Nuredin told me: 'I think this guy is talking'. He found out from his neighbors, from 'Miri Pojes', who was his friend," Alibej concluded his testimony.
