Mafia execution of 29-year-old Ermir Dedja, Court sets sentence for Klodian Berisha and Erion Ndoni

The court has ordered the detention in prison for Klodian Berisha and Erion Ndon, who are accused of being involved in the murder of Ermir Dedja, a crime that occurred in neighborhood no. 18 of the city of Durrës on May 20.
We recall that three days ago, the police arrested 36-year-old Erion Ndoni, a resident of the village of Shkallnur, and 35-year-old Klodian Berishën, a resident of Durres, who are accused of smuggling into Albania the vehicle used by the perpetrators of the murder of the 29-year-old, as well as another car that was suspected of being used for another criminal event.
"The court decided: the legal validation of the detention dated 03.06.2025 of the persons under investigation EN and KB, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Smuggling of other goods", provided for by Article 174/2 of the Criminal Code.
The imposition of the personal security measure "Arrest in prison", provided for by Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against persons under investigation EN and KB , "said the announcement of the Durrës Court.
The police also announced that 33-year-old Xhuljano Dyrmishi, a resident of Durrës, is wanted for the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Smuggling of other goods."
The three defendants are suspected of having, in collaboration with each other, smuggled two "Seat" vehicles into Albania, one of which was sold and then used during the murder of Ermir Dedja.
The Blues have managed to find and seize another "Seat" vehicle, which was smuggled with the intention of being used for another criminal event.
Meanwhile, 2 days after the incident, the blue uniforms identified and declared wanted the 44-year-old with the initials EN, a resident of the village of Rrashbull, and the 46-year-old Moroccan with the initials MD, for the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Trafficking in motor vehicles".
The 3 wanted persons are abroad, while work continues to capture them.
In-depth investigative actions to clarify and fully document the murder of the 29-year-old man, in neighborhood no. 18, Durrës.
The number of citizens identified as involved in the murder of the 29-year-old rises to 5.
-Two citizens who smuggled into Albania the vehicle used by the perpetrators of the murder and another vehicle suspected of being used for another criminal event are identified and arrested. The police find and seize the other vehicle.
-1 other citizen is wanted for providing the conditions and material means to commit murder and for smuggling goods.
2 days after the event, the Police identified and declared 2 other citizens wanted for providing the conditions and material means to commit murder.
Following the in-depth actions carried out by the investigative group, under the direction of the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of clarifying the authorship and circumstances of the murder of citizen ED, 2 weeks ago, in neighborhood no. 18, in Durrës, based on the evidence obtained from the investigation:
-citizens EN, 36 years old, resident of the village of Shkallnur, and KB, 35 years old, resident of Durres, were arrested for the criminal offense of "Smuggling of other goods";
- citizen Xh. D., 33 years old, resident of Durrës, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses of “Providing conditions and material means to commit murder” and “Smuggling of other goods”.
The investigations show that these citizens, in collaboration with each other, smuggled into Albania 2 "Seat" type vehicles, one of which was sold and then used during the murder of citizen ED.
Police services have made it possible to find and seize, as material evidence, another "Seat" vehicle, which was smuggled with the intention of being used for another criminal event.
As part of the investigation, 2 days after the incident, the Police identified and declared wanted the Albanian citizen EN, 44 years old, resident of the village of Rrashbull, and the Moroccan citizen MD, 46 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Trafficking in motor vehicles".
The 3 citizens declared wanted are abroad. Work continues in cooperation with partners to locate and capture them.
In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, intensive actions are continuing for the full legal documentation of this event and the capture of the suspected perpetrators.
