Police have arrested a 26-year-old Turkish man who punched a 56-year-old man in Ksamil after a fight over a parking space.

The incident occurred around 9:15 PM, where three other people were also involved in the conflict.

A 26-year-old Turkish man with the initials HD, temporarily residing in Pristina, has been arrested.

Meanwhile, criminal proceedings were initiated against the 54-year-old raped man, a resident of Ksamil, as well as the citizens with the initials BM, 50 years old, Sh. M., 42 years old, the injured citizen AM, and the Turkish citizen AB, 26 years old, who were involved in the altercation.

The victim reportedly suffered head injuries and is in the Trauma Hospital.

NOTICE

The Crime Investigation Specialists at the Saranda Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and:

arrested the Turkish citizen HD, 26 years old, with temporary residence in Prishtina, after on 06.06.2025, at around 21:15, during a conflict for weak motives, he punched the citizen AM, 54 years old, resident of Ksamil, who suffered a head injury and is currently in the Tirana Trauma Hospital, under the care of doctors. Criminal proceedings were also initiated in the absence of the other citizens involved in the conflict BM, 50 years old, Sh. M., 42 years old, the injured citizen AM, as well as the Turkish citizen AB, 26 years old.
