UEFA trial for the match with Romania, CAS rejects Kosovo's request

The Football Federation of Kosovo has lost the trial at CAS, which it had against UEFA's decision regarding the match with Romania.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport has published its decision today. UEFA, in addition to sanctions, awarded Romania a 3-0 victory on the table.
"The panel noted that the Kosovo players clearly refused to follow the referee's instructions to return to the field and continue the match. The panel decided that the FFK and the Romanian federation were responsible for the non-completion of the match. The FFK's appeal is dismissed and the decision is upheld," it was written, among other things, about the decision taken.
The Dardanians abandoned the match last November after racist chants from Romanian fans. Captain Amir Rrahmani made the decision to pull the team off the field at that time, precisely when the 90th minute of the match valid for the Nations League was being played.
UEFA also fined the Romanians a hefty 128,000 euros for racist chants. Meanwhile, the decision was made to close the stadium for one match.
