How Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi sold the villa for 300 thousand euros, they bought it for 60 thousand dollars

By order of SPAK, Ilir Meta was arrested a day ago in Tirana, while Monika Kryemadhi was issued a mandatory appearance order.

In the SPAK file, provided by Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, the value of a villa from the Meta-Kryemadhi couple, bought for 60 thousand dollars and sold for 300 thousand euros, is revealed.

According to SPAK, as part of the investigation, the periodic/annual declaration of private interests completed and submitted to the ILDKPKI by Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi was verified, where it turns out that Monika Kryemadhi on dt. 29.03.2004 stated:

-The residential address is "Rr. Durres", behind Customs, New Ring.

-Real estate 1200 m2 of arable land and 200 m2 of plot + 50 m2 of building, donated from which he benefited by law 7501.

-Residential apartment 99.5 m2, rear. 7/135+8-103, tax share 25%, with brother privatization

- Apartment with an area of ​​327 m2 with veranda + flower garden, value 60 thousand USD, loan, ordered with contract 5353/945, dated October 30, 2002.

In relation to the residential property with an area of ​​372 m2 with verandas and flower beds worth 60 thousand USD, the reference of its registration at the State Cadastre Agency was checked and it turns out that on October 30, 2002, between the Entrepreneur and the Customer Monika Kryemadhi and Ilir The order contract has been concluded. The value of the venture contract is USD 60,000. The financing of this apartment was done through a loan, through which Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi received a loan in the amount of 60 thousand USD with repayment in 84 monthly installments of 820.13 USD. The villa has a total construction area of ​​327.6 m2.

In the annual declaration of interests of 2006 (submitted to ILDKP on March 30, 2007), Ilir Meta stated that he sold the villa in question for the value of 300,000 Euros.
