A serious incident has been recorded in the city of Ferizaj, Kosovo, where an 11-year-old minor was allegedly sexually abused twice by a man in the city's public toilet.
Kosovo police authorities announce that the suspected perpetrator has been arrested and the Basic Court in Ferizaj has ordered him to be detained for 1 month.
It is reported that the minor had an apartment near the place where the incident took place, while the perpetrator had a bar where he sold cigarettes and food. The latter took the 11-year-old, took her to a public toilet and had sexual intercourse without her consent.
" There is a well-founded suspicion that from the end of January 2025 to the beginning of February 2025, continuously on a street in Ferizaj, namely in the public toilet at the entrance of a building near the premises 'T.' owned by the defendant, the defendant forced the 11-year-old minor victim to commit a sexual act without her consent, in such a way that while she had gone to the premises located at the entrance of her apartment where the defendant sold cigarettes and food, the defendant had taken the victim and taken her to the public toilet at the entrance of the apartment, in which the defendant had committed a sexual act and according to the victim, the same incident had occurred another time a few days ago . "
