Israeli attacks in Lebanon escalate, casualties and injuries reported

A significant increase in Israeli airstrikes has been recorded in Lebanon in recent hours, foreign media report. At least seven attacks were carried out within two hours, mainly targeting the southern suburbs of Beirut. As a result of the bombings, at least four people were killed and dozens were injured.

Footage posted on social media shows extensive destruction in a densely populated neighborhood, with residents carrying the wounded wrapped in blankets through clouds of dust and debris.

Israel has carried out another strike on Beirut's southern suburbs, hitting the Jnah area.
