After Brazil, Argentina declares seven days of mourning for the passing of Pope Francis

Pope Francis passed away this morning.
His entire life was dedicated to the service of God and the Church. Love, especially for the poorest and most marginalized.
The body will be transferred to the basilica on April 23, said the director of the Vatican Press Office, Matteo Bruni, who also communicated that the Jubilee 'remains open'.
Meanwhile, the Argentine government is set to declare seven days of national mourning for the death of Pope Francis, the first Argentine to lead the Catholic Church.
Presidential spokesman, Manuel Adorni, wrote this on X:
'Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, has passed away. The spiritual leader and guide of millions of men and women.
The president of the nation will decree seven days of national mourning for the death of the Holy Father,' the spokesman said.
