The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has left in force the security measure "prison arrest" for Flodian Plaku and the former crime boss in Vlora, Rezart Kuçi.

According to SPAK investigations, after two mafia assassinations that occurred in Vlora five years ago, where Gentjan Qarri and Bledar Birçaj were killed, it is suspected that Inez Hajrulla is staying with his criminal group.

The Special Prosecution Office has managed to shed light on the dynamics of these serious events, while investigations continue to fully document the role of each of the suspects in the attacks that shook the coastal city.
