Control for prohibited items in the Institutions for the Execution of Criminal Decisions in Durrës, Peqin and Shkodër
The searches were carried out inside the "A" building in Durrës, in the room where detainees GA, NB, EC and M. Ç. reside.
During the search, a black iPhone was found under the pillow of pre-trial detainee EC, who admitted that the mobile phone was his property. Also in building "A" during the search, two USBs were found, for which the relevant sequestration and administration procedures were carried out as prohibited items.
Meanwhile, in Peqin, searches were conducted in the residential buildings and common areas of the institution. During the search, in the shower rooms, 2 mobile phones were found and seized, specifically: 1 white "Samsung" mobile phone and 1 black "Redmi" mobile phone.
Relevant documentation has been compiled for all cases, including minutes of the seizure and delivery of prohibited items.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Agency for further procedural actions, in accordance with the legislation in force.
