NAMES/ Tensions in the PD rally! The police escort 12 protesters to Elbasan

The Democratic Party today held a nationwide protest blocking the main roads in Albania.

Journalist Fatmir Popja reports that the police escorted 12 protesters after the incidents recorded around 19:00 in Elbasan.

They were escorted after, as a result of tensions in the Bradashes roundabout, there was a physical clash between the protesters and the police.

Official sources inform that protesters Hamza Lamce, Arben Pjetri, Agron Beqiri, Hamit Tabaku, Altin Bica, Edmond Pojani, Albi Bylykbashi, Aurel Bylybashi, Sokol Shkelzeni, Daniela Gjini, Dorian Koldashi and Enver Lamçe were escorted to the police station.

In Elbasan, opposition protesters blocked the Bradashes roundabout, causing heavy traffic for several kilometers.
